Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

For every further group of up to three packs, add £2 to either delivery charge. Choose your service at checkout. Tracked 2 to 3 days aims to arrive 2 to 3 working days after dispatch; next-day tracked aims for the next working day after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote postcodes may take longer.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched manually. The delivery estimates start when your order is dispatched, not when you place it. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a particular dispatch cut-off.
For an order update, email hello@sidedoor.ltd with your name and order reference.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, missing or damaged, contact us at hello@sidedoor.ltd. We will look into it with the delivery provider. Your statutory rights are not affected.
